Email Troubleshooting - if you are having problems with your Wizzy Design email account, please read this document first as many problems have already been solved for other users.
Technical information - if you are setting an internet program up that requires email or domain name services, you will find the information you need here.
Pay Invoice - if you have a Wizzy Design invoice that you would like to pay, you can pay online here. You will need to enter the invoice number and VAT inclusive amount, then enter your credit/debit card details using our secure form.
Request Support - use this form to log a support request with Wizzy Design. Requesting support via this form is the only way to access out of hours support. During office hours you may still use this form or simply call us on the phone.
Bulk Mail and SPAM - it is against the law to send unsolicited bulk email or SPAM, but some companies still ask us if it's a good idea for them to try. Here we offer advice and stories related to this. Conversely it is perfectly legal to send bulk mail in the form of newsletters so long as you have correctly researched your mailing list.
